Your father will love this Free Printable Father’s Day Coupon Book! It is a thoughtful and free DIY Father’s Day gift that comes from the heart instead of the wallet!
These coupons can be redeemed for things that he would appreciate — like spending time with him or helping him around the house. This DIY gift for dad would work for girls and boys of all ages.
There are a total of 12 printable coupon tickets with 4 blank ones, 6 pre-filled-in ones (in case you need some ideas), a cover page, and a back page. You can always print more of them if you want to add some additional tickets. The front and back coupon pages are at the end on page 4. Here is what they look like:

Back Page
There are two different versions of these coupon books — one with holes to hole punch and tie together to make into a little booklet and another without holes. You can bind them in other ways: staples, paper clips, or glue. Gifting them loose is fine too!
Although you can print these out on regular printer paper, I highly recommend cardstock. I used this Astrobrights White Cardstock to make mine. You can get it at Walmart for a very reasonable price. It’s perfect for these types of printables because it really holds up well!

Instructions
- Download the PDF file in the version you want: with holes or without holes.
- Open the file in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
- Go to File --> Print. I chose the highest print setting by going into the Advanced settings and choosing the high-resolution option but this is optional. Be sure to choose the correct paper type in the drop-down menu. I selected Cardstock. Your settings will vary depending on the program used to open the file and your printer.
- Trim down the coupon pages with scissors and a ruler or paper trimmer.
- To make it a quicker job, I trimmed each coupon lengthwise with a paper trimmer and then cut the sides together in groups of 3 or 4 (or however many your paper trimmer or scissors can do, which depends on how thick your paper is.)
- Hole punch where the circles are.
- Add the front page that says "Happy Father's Day" to the top of the pile, the "I Love You" one in the back, and arrange the others in the order you want.
- Add either end of the twine through the holes in the group of coupons and tie it together by making a knot.
